The annual Harvest for Hunger can food drive is this week.  Manchester High School sponsors this annual event to collect can goods for the Akron Canton Food Bank.  Can goods can be delivered to homerooms or to any teachers that might offer extra credit.  The Food Drive will end Friday afternoon, March 13.  Thanks for helping to feed those that need it!!

CONGRATULATIONS TO JAKE WHITE FOR MAKING SCHOOL HISTORY FOR BEING THE FOURTH, 4 TIME WRESTLING STATE QUALIFIER.  HE WILL BE TRAVELING TO COLUMBUS TOMORROW TO WRESTLE.

This week the MHS Media Center will have a "fine free week".  All fines owed on overdue books will be waived if can goods are brought in for the "Harvest for Hunger food drive".  Please see Mrs. Barnes Prince for more details.  All cans must be turned in to  library personnel and this does not include lost or damaged books.

There will be a Science Club meeting TOMORROW, March 13th in room 113 immediately after school to discuss the results of our fundraiser and plan future events.  The meeting will be over by 3:00 p.m.

There will be a mandatory meeting for all the students interested in fundraising for their trip to Costa Rica next Thursday, March 19th in room 105 immediately after school.  We will be discussing ideas for fundraising events and should be done by 3:00 p.m.

Unfortunately many variables have contributed to the postponement of this spring's 2020 Boys Tennis Program.  The Athletic Department apologizes for this inconvenience for those of you who were planning on playing this spring.
